About Us

We invite you to visit our restaurant

We sit right across from the Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole, with the Caribbean in full view. Our kitchen, led by Chef Ramiro Oraindi, cooks the flavors of the islands and Latin America, with fresh local seafood at the center. Come as you are, for breakfast, a long lunch off the ship, or dinner as the water turns gold.

Breakfast

Start the day island style, from El Catracho to truffle scrambled eggs and fresh crepés. Breakfast is served from 8 am daily, except on Fridays and Saturdays, when it starts at 10 am.
