We are on the waterfront in Coxen Hole, directly across from the Port of Roatan, so for most cruise guests we are a short walk or a two-minute taxi from the ship. Coming from Isla Tropicale (Mahogany Bay), we are about ten minutes west by taxi. From West End and West Bay, plan for a longer drive along the main road.

Fort Consolation is relaxed and easy. Come for breakfast, a long lunch off the ship, or dinner as the sun drops. The kitchen leans on fresh seafood with Caribbean and Latin flavors, and there is a full bar if you just want a cocktail with a view. We speak English and Spanish, and families are welcome.

Yes, free WiFi for guests. Useful if you are off a ship and would rather not use roaming data. Ask your server for the password when you sit down.
Yes. Several dishes can be made vegetarian, including our pesto pasta and the poke bowl, just ask your server. We don't currently offer gluten-free options.
GOOD TO KNOW
We are open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Monday. Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday we serve from 8 am to 6 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm.
Yes. Our private room, the Small Room, seats up to 60, and the Terrace adds another 50 for larger groups, for birthdays, showers, receptions, and group dinners. See Private Events, or message us to plan one.
Yes, families are welcome. We have a kids menu with crispy chicken fingers and a grilled cheese sandwich.
